Prepare for July 10th, 2024

Please ensure you complete the following steps:

1. Register your athlete by visiting the website Register My Athlete.

2. Obtain a physical using the AIA Physical Evaluation Form and upload it to the Register My Athlete website. You can access the form here: AIA Physical Evaluation Form

3. Pay the football participation fee of $125 either in person at the Gilbert High School Athletics Office or online through the Parent Portal. The deadline for payment is July 10th, 2024.
